Keepadoo is a friendly home for subscriptions, receipts, and warranties. It keeps important dates and details together in one calm, simple place.

You can track subscriptions, free trials, recurring costs, warranties, expiry dates, product photos, receipts, categories, and reminders.

Free supports up to 5 active subscriptions, 5 active warranties, and one reminder per item. Plus provides unlimited active tracking and multiple reminders per item. Photos, receipts, spending totals, search, and categories are included in Free. Pricing will be available at launch.

No. Archiving only changes how the record appears inside Keepadoo. It does not contact the subscription provider or cancel provider billing.

Your existing records remain readable and editable. One primary reminder remains available, and saved extra reminder choices return if you resubscribe. If you are above the Free active limits, new active additions or reactivations are restricted.

The current version stores Keepadoo records and saved images locally on your device. Keepadoo does not currently have an account system, custom backend, or cloud sync.

Deleting Keepadoo currently removes its local app data because cloud backup and sync are not implemented. Keep records you cannot replace somewhere safe as well.

You choose a primary reminder for an item. Plus supports additional reminder choices. Keepadoo schedules upcoming local notifications within iOS limits and refreshes later reminders when you reopen the app.

Yes. Archived subscriptions and warranties remain accessible and can be restored. Archived items do not count toward active Free limits.
