These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA. Mandatory consumer rights and Apple’s required terms remain unaffected.
1. Keepadoo
Keepadoo helps you organize subscription and warranty records, dates, prices, notes, receipts, photos, and reminders. Keepadoo is not the provider of the subscriptions or warranties you record.
No Keepadoo account is required. Records are saved locally on your device. When available, Apple iCloud/CloudKit may automatically synchronize eligible records between devices using the same iCloud account.
2. Local storage and iCloud
Keepadoo remains usable locally without iCloud. iCloud availability, network access, storage quota, synchronization timing, service interruptions, Apple account access, and Apple’s terms are controlled by Apple and the user’s device settings. Keepadoo does not guarantee uninterrupted or immediate synchronization.
Unsynchronized local changes can be lost if the app is removed, the device is erased or lost, or local data is otherwise removed before iCloud synchronization completes. An offline deletion may not reach other devices until it synchronizes.
3. Keepadoo Free and Keepadoo Plus
Keepadoo Free allows up to five active subscription records, five active warranty records, and one configurable primary reminder per item. Keepadoo Plus allows unlimited active subscription and warranty records and multiple reminders per item.
Archived and inactive records do not use active Free slots. If Plus ends, existing records remain readable and editable and are not deleted or automatically archived. New active additions or reactivations are blocked while the applicable Free limit is reached or exceeded. The primary reminder remains available; Plus-only additional reminder scheduling is not granted outside a valid Plus entitlement.
4. Apple subscriptions
Keepadoo Plus is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. The App Store shows the localized price and billing period before confirmation. There is no free trial or introductory offer.
Payment is charged through the user’s Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under Apple’s rules. Apple controls authorization, billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, regional pricing, and refunds. Use Restore Purchases in Keepadoo to ask StoreKit to synchronize verified purchases.
Deleting Keepadoo data, removing the app, archiving a record, or changing a tracked record does not cancel Keepadoo Plus.
5. External subscriptions and warranties
Adding, editing, pausing, cancelling, archiving, or deleting a subscription record in Keepadoo does not contact the external provider, stop billing, cancel the external service, obtain a refund, or change a warranty. Users must manage each external subscription or warranty directly with its provider or retailer.
6. Reminders
Reminders are convenience alerts based on information entered by the user and on iOS notification availability. Keepadoo does not guarantee delivery or accuracy. Users remain responsible for checking billing, renewal, cancellation, warranty, and expiry information with the relevant provider.
7. Photos, receipts, and user content
You are responsible for content you add and must have the right to store and process it. Do not add unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing content. Keep original documents when they are important; Keepadoo is an organizer and not an official archive or substitute for provider records.
8. Delete all Keepadoo data
Delete all Keepadoo data removes local records, reminders, attachments, and related data and prepares deletions for private iCloud synchronization. Remote deletion can take time and depends on iCloud availability. Removing the app before pending deletion synchronizes can allow the prior iCloud copy to return after reinstall.
Deleting Keepadoo data does not cancel Apple billing or an external provider subscription.
9. Availability and acceptable use
Keepadoo may be offered in multiple countries and regions, but individual features, StoreKit products, pricing, iCloud services, and App Store availability can vary. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.
10. Privacy, support, and Apple terms
The Keepadoo Privacy Policy is available at https://keepadoo.com/privacy/. Support is available at https://keepadoo.com/help/ and support@keepadoo.com.
Apple’s Standard EULA applies. Apple is not responsible for providing Keepadoo support. Apple’s App Store processes purchases and provides the applicable billing, cancellation, and refund mechanisms.
11. Governing law and mandatory rights
Keepadoo is operated by Abdurhmn Alageeli from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms waives or limits mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, remedies, or jurisdiction rights that apply in the user's country. Apple’s Standard EULA and any mandatory Apple terms remain applicable.

تُكمل هذه الشروط اتفاقية ترخيص التطبيقات القياسية من Apple، ولا تؤثر في حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية أو شروط Apple الواجبة التطبيق.
1. تطبيق Keepadoo
يساعدك Keepadoo على تنظيم سجلات الاشتراكات والضمانات والتواريخ والأسعار والملاحظات والإيصالات والصور والتذكيرات. ولا يُعد Keepadoo مزوداً للاشتراكات أو الضمانات التي تسجلها.
لا يتطلب التطبيق حساب Keepadoo. تُحفظ السجلات محلياً على جهازك، وعند توفر خدمات Apple يمكن لـ iCloud وCloudKit مزامنة السجلات المؤهلة تلقائياً بين الأجهزة التي تستخدم حساب iCloud نفسه.
2. الحفظ المحلي وiCloud
يظل Keepadoo قابلاً للاستخدام محلياً دون iCloud. تتحكم Apple وإعدادات جهاز المستخدم في توفر iCloud والاتصال بالشبكة والسعة التخزينية وتوقيت المزامنة وانقطاع الخدمة والوصول إلى حساب Apple. ولا يضمن Keepadoo مزامنة فورية أو متواصلة.
قد تُفقد التغييرات المحلية غير المتزامنة إذا حُذف التطبيق أو مُسح الجهاز أو فُقد أو أزيلت البيانات المحلية قبل اكتمال المزامنة. وقد لا يصل الحذف الذي يتم دون اتصال إلى الأجهزة الأخرى قبل المزامنة.
3. Keepadoo المجاني وKeepadoo Plus
يتيح Keepadoo المجاني حتى خمسة سجلات اشتراكات نشطة، وخمسة سجلات ضمانات نشطة، وتذكيراً أساسياً واحداً قابلاً للضبط لكل عنصر. ويتيح Keepadoo Plus عدداً غير محدود من السجلات النشطة وتذكيرات متعددة لكل عنصر.
لا تشغل السجلات المؤرشفة وغير النشطة حدود الخطة المجانية. وإذا انتهى Plus، تبقى السجلات الحالية قابلة للقراءة والتعديل ولا تُحذف أو تُؤرشف تلقائياً. ويُمنع إنشاء سجل نشط جديد أو إعادة تنشيطه عند بلوغ حد الخطة المجانية أو تجاوزه. يبقى التذكير الأساسي متاحاً، ولا تُجدول التذكيرات الإضافية الخاصة بـ Plus دون استحقاق Plus صالح.
4. اشتراكات Apple
يُقدَّم Keepadoo Plus باشتراكين شهري وسنوي يتجددان تلقائياً من خلال Apple. يعرض App Store السعر المحلي وفترة الفوترة قبل التأكيد. لا توجد تجربة مجانية أو عروض تمهيدية.
يتم الدفع من خلال حساب Apple الخاص بالمستخدم، ويتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يُلغ وفق قواعد Apple. تتحكم Apple في التفويض والفوترة والتجديد والإلغاء والضرائب والأسعار الإقليمية واسترداد المبالغ. استخدم استرجاع المشتريات داخل Keepadoo لمطالبة StoreKit بمزامنة المشتريات المتحقق منها.
لا يؤدي حذف بيانات Keepadoo أو إزالة التطبيق أو أرشفة سجل أو تغيير سجل متابَع إلى إلغاء Keepadoo Plus.
5. الاشتراكات والضمانات الخارجية
إضافة سجل اشتراك أو تعديله أو إيقافه مؤقتاً أو إلغاؤه أو أرشفته أو حذفه داخل Keepadoo لا تتواصل مع مقدم الخدمة الخارجي، ولا توقف الفوترة، ولا تلغي الخدمة الخارجية، ولا تسترد مبلغاً، ولا تغير الضمان. يجب على المستخدم إدارة كل اشتراك أو ضمان مباشرة مع مقدم الخدمة أو المتجر.
6. التذكيرات
التذكيرات تنبيهات مساعدة تعتمد على المعلومات التي يدخلها المستخدم وعلى توفر إشعارات iOS. لا يضمن Keepadoo وصولها أو دقتها. ويظل المستخدم مسؤولاً عن التحقق من الفوترة والتجديد والإلغاء والضمان وتواريخ الانتهاء مع الجهة المعنية.
7. الصور والإيصالات ومحتوى المستخدم
أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تضيفه ويجب أن يكون لديك الحق في حفظه ومعالجته. لا تضف محتوى غير مشروع أو ضاراً أو منتهكاً لحقوق الآخرين. احتفظ بالمستندات الأصلية المهمة؛ فـ Keepadoo أداة تنظيم وليس أرشيفاً رسمياً أو بديلاً عن سجلات مقدم الخدمة.
8. حذف جميع بيانات Keepadoo
يحذف خيار حذف جميع بيانات Keepadoo السجلات والتذكيرات والمرفقات والبيانات المرتبطة بها محلياً، ويجهز عمليات الحذف للمزامنة مع iCloud الخاصة. قد يستغرق الحذف البعيد وقتاً ويعتمد على توفر iCloud. وإذا حُذف التطبيق قبل مزامنة الحذف المعلّق، فقد تعود النسخة السابقة من iCloud بعد إعادة التثبيت.
لا يؤدي حذف بيانات Keepadoo إلى إلغاء فوترة Apple أو اشتراك لدى مقدم خدمة خارجي.
9. التوفر والاستخدام المقبول
قد يتوفر Keepadoo في دول ومناطق متعددة، إلا أن بعض الميزات ومنتجات StoreKit والأسعار وخدمات iCloud وتوفر App Store قد تختلف. لا تستخدم التطبيق بصورة مسيئة أو غير مشروعة، ولا تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به أو تعطيل تشغيله.
10. الخصوصية والدعم وشروط Apple
تتوفر سياسة خصوصية Keepadoo على https://keepadoo.com/privacy/. ويتوفر الدعم عبر https://keepadoo.com/help/ وsupport@keepadoo.com.
تنطبق اتفاقية Apple القياسية. ولا تتحمل Apple مسؤولية تقديم دعم Keepadoo. يعالج App Store المشتريات ويوفر آليات الفوترة والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ المطبقة.
11. النظام الحاكم والحقوق الإلزامية
يُشغَّل Keepadoo بواسطة Abdurhmn Alageeli من المملكة العربية السعودية. وتخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية بالقدر الذي تسمح به الأنظمة المطبقة.
لا تتنازل هذه الشروط عن أي حماية إلزامية للمستهلك، أو حقوق خصوصية، أو وسائل انتصاف، أو حقوق اختصاص قضائي تسري في بلد المستخدم، ولا تحد منها. وتظل اتفاقية Apple القياسية وأي شروط إلزامية تفرضها Apple واجبة التطبيق.
